But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus. I Thessalonians 4: 13-14
The Touching Lives family is saddened by the loss of Jaduong Jeconiah Ombuoro Marire. Mzee Ombuoro was a visionary with a generous heart and one of the donors of the land that will be the home of Sanjweru Medical Center. But to us he was our rafiki, friend. It is our prayer that his passion for his community will touch many lives for many generations to come. We do rejoice that he is sitting at the feet of Jesus and has heard his Master say, "Well done, good and faithful servant." We ask that you join us in lifting his family up in prayer as they mourn their loss.
